By accessing or using the So Cal Futsal Academy website, registering a player, booking training sessions, enrolling in camps, purchasing uniforms, or communicating with us via phone, email, or SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

So Cal Futsal Services LLC provides youth futsal-related services including but not limited to:

Youth futsal training programs

Team training

League participation

Uniform and training gear sales

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Registration & Player Eligibility

Most participants are minors. A parent or legal guardian must complete all registrations.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining updated contact details.

4. Booking, Payments & Purchases

Fees are disclosed at time of registration.

Payments are due as stated during checkout.

Uniform and jersey purchases may be required for participation.

Failure to complete payment may result in removal from training sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for rule violations, nonpayment, or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
